Annual Banquet

Join High Country River Rafters for our annual banquet, dinner, and raffle at the Willis Case Tavern. This event is open to all club members and their guests. We need an accurate headcount, therefore we ask that you register yourself and any guests using the registration link below.

• 6:30 pm Dinner

• 7:30 pm Announcements, officer elections and RAFFLE following dinner!

The Willis Case Tavern (aka Willis Case Bar & Grill) is part of the Willis Case Golf Course and is located at 4999 Vrain St, Denver, CO 80212.

Cost is $31 per person and is paid with your registration.

We are seeking a few volunteers to help out at the banquet. You will have the option to select one of the following volunteer opportunities when you register.

• Check in crew - Check people in as they arrive (5:30-6:00 PM or 6:00-6:30 PM)

• Raffle crew - Ticket sales (5:30-6:00 PM or 6:00-6:30 PM) or running the raffle (likely to start around 7:30 PM).

We are also looking for any HCRR-related photos to incorporate into our annual album. If you have any that you would like to share from the prior year, please visit the members' portal and navigate to Photo Gallery & Upload to upload your photos.

Our raffles include items like Watershed drybags, boating gear, throw bags, straps, and much more! Raffle tickets are $5 for five tickets and can be purchased with cash at the event.
