Starting February 1st, please log in using your HCRR-registered email address. Depending on which screen appears, follow the instructions below for the window that applies to you.

"Choose an account" window

• • • Click on your HCRR-registered email on the right to gain access. If it is not listed, click "Use another account" and follow the instructions for the "Sign in" window below.
      
      

"Sign in"window

• • • You will see a Google sign-in screen. Don't be concerned—we use Google to verify your identity, and you do not need a Gmail address to sign in. Simply enter your HCRR-registered email and click Next. You will then see one of the following:

      1. 1. 1. If it asks for a password: This means your email is already linked to Google —likely from using YouTube, Google Photos, or an Android smartphone in the past. Try your usual passwords first. If you don't know it click, "Forgot password?" to reset it.
